Hi all.

Here's an event I will be setting up in January called "Photo of the Year".
Basically, I shall collect all 12 winning monthly photos from RPOTM and MPOTM and they shall be put up for voting as photo of the year in their respective categories.

I'm letting everyone know about this now so you won't come back in the new year and think "wait, what's this?"

And here's the info:
- The two topics will be set up after the 8th of January when voting for the December photo of the Month comp's finish.
- Voting will run for up to TWO weeks instead of the usual one.
- Photos will be named by their entry month - not by who took them. This makes it easier as there are multiple winners over the year.
- Some months have two winning photos. Both will be entered to make it fair.
- Users will be able to vote for their top TWO photos. Yup, that's right. You won't have to make any difficult decisions between two favourites. Just please, no one vote for themselves. That's a bit unfair to others.
- In the event of any photos having the same number of winning votes, there will be an extra week of voting just for those joint winners. There will be only ONE winner for each competition - Real Photo Of The Year and Model Photo Of The Year.

If you have any comments, ideas of feedback, feel free to share it! If you're unsure about something or would like something added then I want to know about it :)
The idea is still in early stages so some things may change.

All the best to everyone!
-Richard
