The new Help & Support site has been launched after a long time compiling articles and preparing a number of new features,
The system is replacing previous articles written when the forums was opened, placed as topics in a "Help & Support" category.


The system also includes a new feature, a "Personal Ticketing" system for contact Administrators regarding a number of subjects to help resolve any problems you may have.
This has been placed to reduce the number of Private Messages administrators receive requesting support, making it difficult to track.
