That is the only explanation as my returning trip from York arrived back in Stevenage nearly 15 minutes early.
How that happened I do not know. But it did. I've found it unheard of and unbelievable when an East Coast service from the North arrives a minute early. Pretty much normal when they are 5-10 minutes late (usually through no fault of them).

But 10-15 minutes early? We must have broken the laws of physics here. Such a thing is scientifically impossible!
Thus I've deduced we can only have entered some kind of rift on the space-time continuum somewhere after Peterborough. I think.
