Multiple Gallery images can now be posted using the "My Media" link and choosing "Gallery Images" when posting. Yipee! More customization!
Quick idea that's just come to mind regarding the plugs.
What about having website plugs for the following: -Layout topic on MRL -2012 Competition entry topic Offering a quick link to that person's layout topic on the forum. Also for contact methods / links, I'd like to suggest perhaps the possibility to add Deviant Art? or at least a box for "other websites" perhaps for those who may have a couple of different sites, youtubes, photography links or even model rail sites Patch Update (07/01/2012):
Just a suggestion, doesn't matter if it can't be done but it might look neater if the icons could be arranged in a horizontal line rather than a verical one.
As I said, just a matter of appearance and not really important so doesn't matter if it can't be done. Phil, slight issue that is bugging me.
When I try to create a youtube link within text, the link is replace by media tags and a video window. Could this be altered? I want to put the video link in the text and it automatically changes it to a media tag, erasing the text. A tad annoying for me as I tend to like hiding video and picture links in texts. Either for a reason, or just for comical reasons. Patch Update (10/01/2012):
Geo Ghost: The function is either On or Off and it's quite a helpful feature, sorry about that. I will see if there is a possible longer way around it, of course you could do it like this: YouTube Which is just highlighting text and selecting "Link". Hi Phil.
That's the process I did and it would change to a media tag rather than URL. I've tried both using the normal posting editor and by doing it manually with written tags. Testing Ok that's odd. It works now. Well what ever you did Phil, cheers Edit: Mystery uncovered. It seems adding a fullstop (or a number of) at the end of the text somehow changes it to a media tag. Bit weird. Testing... Yup, there we go. It changes to a media tag for some reason with a set of dots at the end. How very strange. Removed link so you can see.
